contribute to keeping our music-making free
The Oakland Civic Orchestra is excited to announce the Oakland Civic Orchestra Association (OCOA), our newly formed nonprofit public benefit corporation, is now able to accept tax deductible donations for the benefit of the orchestra. OCOA will support operational needs such as sheet music and instrument rentals and licensing fees and allow the orchestra to expand special projects such as commissioning original compositions. We would greatly appreciate your help to make sure the orchestra not only survives the current pandemic but grows in its service to a community that needs music more than ever.

SPECIAL EARTH DAY DONATIONS:
In honor of Earth Day, please also consider a special donation to Bow Seat Ocean Awareness Programs, which seeks to improve our world by inspiring youth to vividly imagine a better future and encouraging them to create it themselves. The two student composers in our Earth Day concert have entered their art in the Ocean Awareness Contest and we wish them well!
